It all began with a simple dream to help others to feel better about themselves and accept who they are right now, not later. Lisa suffered depression, and many other issues when she decided to become a personal trainer in 2009. After receiving her Associate's Degree in Personal Training and becoming certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association she realized there was more to beating health issues than just strength training and cardio. She decided to attend Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2011 to receive her certification in holistic nutrition. During the Transpersonal Psychology program, she was introduced to hypnotherapy where she quickly fell in love with this natural healing modality. In 2012 she received her Diploma from SWIHA and her certificates of excellence in Holistic Nutrition, Life Coaching, and Hypnotherapy. She has taken it a step further and studied Advanced Hypnotherapy with things such as Fears & Phobias, Addictions, & NLP (Neurolinguistic programming), and Regression Hypnosis.
Lisa is also a member of NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists.) She follows strict codes and ethics of hypnotherapy. Lisa uses the mind, body, spirit approach to hypnosis.
Aside from her love of hypnosis, Lisa loves to spend time with her children and grandchildren, including furbabies. She is always learning and educating herself on the mind-body connection and healing.
